Leadership Placement
& Development

Peter Drucker observed that organizations have a notoriously poor track record when it comes to leadership placement:
"By all accounts, their batting average is no better than 0.333; at most, one-third of such decisions turn out right; one-third are minimally effective, and one-third are outright failures. In no other area of management would be put up with such miserable performance."
(Drucker, "Getting Things Done: How to Make People Decisions," Harvard Business Review, July/August 1985).
Take the readiness assessment and find out
Are you ready for change?

He makes a good point.
It doesn't have to be this way.

We best serve clients who recognize that their organizations need to master the ability to achieve deep level, transformational change, and we know how to assess and select candidates who will be able to help them do just that. We believe in our Organizational Transformation Model (OTM) and so our approach to search and placement is integrated within the OTM and grounded in solid behavioral science.
